1.5 cups coconut water

1 banana

1 cup blueberries

1 cup strawberries or raspberries

2 cups fresh spinach leaves, loosely packed

1 tbsp chia seeds

.5 tsp ground cinnamon

Add ice as desired

Blend all until smooth!
