Lavender essential oil ⋅ Sandalwood essential oil ⋅ Distilled water ⋅ A small glass spray bottle
You’ll need 15 drops of lavender essential oil & 5 drops of sandalwood essential oil. Add the oils to 1/4 cup distilled water in a small glass spray bottle (available at your local health food store).
