Some Benefits of Tree pose (vrksasana):

•    Strengthens thighs, calves, ankles
•    Stretches the inner thighs, chest and shoulders
•    Improves sense of balance

•    Low blood pressure
•    High blood pressure: avoid raising arms overhead
