To kick off the New Year, Lolë launched its White Yoga Session tour, beginning with a visit to Salt Lake City. On Thursday, January 24th we hosted a session open to experienced yoga practitioners and novices alike, inside the historic Utah State Capitol Building. The session, held in collaboration with Yoga Journal, was led by renowned and loved yoga instructor, Elena Brower.
Elena guided everybody through a nourishing sequence of postures and meditative movements designed to reveal peace within bodies, minds and hearts. “This was a chance for attendees to listen and practice together, to place our awareness on healing and usher in an experience of peace,” Brower explained. As if it were not magnificent enough already, M. Michele enlivened the event with the blissful sound of her electric harp.

Following the success of the last three events, Paris 2011 and Montreal 2012, and Salt Lake, the Lolë White Yoga Session tour will be making stops in Toronto, Montreal, Santa Barbara, and more cities to be confirmed for 2013.
