What does having inner peace mean to you?
It’s about how you see yourself and applying the principles of ahimsa and samtosha! Plus, if a person embodies non-violence, hostility dissipates around them. For me, it’s the key to peace and happiness, and it’s what makes me more receptive.
What’s your daily wellness routine?
I meditate in the diamond pose.
I drink a cup of Yogi Tea and read the inspirational message on the teabag tag.
I use essential oils throughout the day: lavender, ylang-ylang, bergamot, eucalyptus, etc.
In the evening I read Yoga Sutras or the Journal du Yoga and listen to a Deva Premal CD.

“Concentration instead of Contrology”
