Overnight oats cherry parfait

OVERNIGHT OATS CHERRY PARFAIT 

A guilt free go-to for a great way to starting your day!
Bold frozen cherries, smooth yogurt, and perfect oats make for one parfait parfait!
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Refrigeration time: 1 night
Total time: 5 minutes + 1 night of refrigeration
Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE OATS
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup organic whole milk
1 cup organic vanilla yogurt
3 tbsp. chia seeds
FOR THE PARFAIT
1 cup organic whole milk vanilla yogurt
1 recipe overnight oats (above)
2 cups of Nature’s Touch frozen Organic Dark Sweet Cherries, thawed

PREPARATION
1. Assemble overnight oats by combining oats, milk, yogurt and chia seeds in a medium bowl.
2. Stir well and refrigerate covered overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
3. When ready to serve, assemble parfaits by layering yogurt, overnight oats and cherries equally in 4 clear serving glasses or dishes.
