Recipe: green vitality smoothie

Two things are providing me with inspiration for this recipe of green vitality smoothie: the sugaring-off season that starts in March and our desire to take off for the Tropics at this time of year! So this is a great blend of these two sources of inspiration, which have helped me create your energy smoothie! – Marikym Hervieux, Lolë ambassador

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ of a large avocado
  • 1 cup of spinach leaves, well packed down
  • 1 cup of maple sap
  • 1 tbsp. of maple syrup
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Flesh of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp. of pure vanilla essence
  • ½ cup of ice
Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Enjoy!

 

♥ For extra nutrition, you can adapt this recipe by adding
the following ingredients to your taste:

  • 5 square centimetres of coconut meat
    (found in the frozen food aisle)
  • 1 tsp. of spirulina
  • 1 tbsp. of hemp
