Smoothie recipes with Yogourt

By popular demand, here are two recipes prepared with love by our ambassador, Marikym Hervieux, for the after-work event, in partnership with Oikos.

SPICY CHAI GREEN TEA INFUSED SMOOTHIE

BERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

  • 3/4 CUP MAPLE WATER AND SPICY CHAI GREEN TEA INFUSION
  • 1/2 CUP COCONUT YOGURT
  • 1 TBSP. MAPLE SYRUP
  • 1/2 CUP PINEAPPLE
  • PINCH OF SALT
  • 1/2 CUP OF ICE CUBES
  • Note that Greek yogurt contains almost double the protein
  • 1 BANANA
  • 1/2 CUP BLUEBERRIES
  • 3/4 CUP SOY MILK
  • 1/2 CUP PLAIN YOGURT
  • 1 TBSP. MAPLE SYRUP
  • 1-2 TBSP. HEMP SEEDS
  • 1/2 CUP ICE CUBES
  • Note that Greek yogurt contains almost double the protein

Drop in the blender and achieve the desired texture.
