The 7-minute Workout

When it comes to working out, doing something is always better than doing nothing. When life gets hectic, here’s a solution that will get your heart pumping and skin glowing in just seven minutes flat. Sounds easy, you say?

Although it’s short, this workout is meant to be intense. Start with light stretching and get ready to push yourself. Use an interval timer to set 30 seconds on and 10 seconds off (there are loads of free apps available). Complete the maximum number of reps during the 30-second set and rest for 10 seconds. Over time, you’ll be able to track your progress and see the number of reps go up for each exercise.

Ok, enough chatting, let’s get into the workout!
