Wellness Energy Breaks are suited for any one needing a boost during the day. They are a fantastic way to clear your mind, shake out the fatigue or manage the pressures of an action packed schedule. They are mini-sessions ranging from 2 minutes to 10 minutes aimed at all abilities, age or gender.  Repeat the exercises a few times each day. Doing them in the morning helps your body stretch out the muscle lethargy of sleep, and periodically throughout the day helps raise your energy level without a heavy workout.
