The royal pigeon. This pose is very advanced and, to be honest, can seem impossible to master. This sequence aims to prepare the parts of the body that are mainly solicited in the royal pigeon pose. When we work toward a more demanding pose, it is very important to be patient and listen to our bodies so that we can avoid injuries. Remember that the path is just as important as the destination.

1. Anjaneyasana with the hands folded in prayer at the neck
2. Chair position with open hips or on the back with open hips
3. Extension of the spinal column, the cobra
4. Pigeon pose, stretching the quadriceps
